One of my items I sold on ebay, appear delivered on the courier website, but buyer claims they have not received it.
I can see Paypal has seller protection if you can provide with tracking number. Also my courier has insurance.
Can I claim both? Or is not a good idea?

I am currently in the process of claiming insurance and waiting for ebay to rule (most likely in the favour of the buyer)
If I'm succesful claiming both, I ll update.
This would be quite a good way to make a profit in case someone tries to SE you on ebay.
