He was probably working for the People's Liberation Army or something, because they obviously want to protect her ex husband... But maybe i'm wrong and you can get away with executing your ex wife on a live stream. This is getting into the hitman territory.

I'm struggling to find any further information on what happened to the guy who did it. I can't find much if I'm honest.
