Anyone knows any good companies to SE for children toys? I wanna get some vouchers or free toys for my kids.
I'm trying now with Fisher Price / Mattel. I have a toy from them that the design is shit. This is where I got the idea from.

This is my email to them. I'm trying to play the sympathy card, see if it's gonna get me some sympathy vouchers:
"My son was really enjoying playing with your company's toy when it displayed a fault (insert fault here). Thinking that this was an isolated incident, I bought the same toy again and threw away the old toy. After a few days , the new toy displayed the exact same fault. It seems like there is a design flaw with your toy. I was lucky it was within 15 days of purchase and I managed to return it back. Now my son is so upset that I threw away his old toy and returned back the new one. He keeps asking me where his toy is and I don't know what to tell him. It was his favourite toy. Can you please inform your design team to improve on the design of your product? It is a really nice toy, but is completely unusable in it's current state"

If you want to go for specific products I can tell you that "SPHERO" is a easy company to SE.
Try them if your children are old enough for the toys they have. Have a SPHERO LightningMcQueen sitting at my home if you need pics or anything.
