Is there a way to Check how much traffic your website gets? I'm looking to purchase some advertisement on a website and I want to know how much traffic it gets, they're using namecheap if that's important.

There is no real way of getting the accurate traffic of a website if they don't have a page containing their analytics details for advertisers. 

Maybe try searching it on Alexa as it wil give you some idea of how big the site is.

Tell them to setup Google Analytics on their site. 
For example, some sites like 4Chan gives away their traffic stats:
