Refund initially was going through but got flagged to ofm

The question Is, why did your account get OFM'd?

There must be a reason behind an action, and Amazon must justify It.

escalated the issue but still got redirected to emailing ofm.

Re-escalate It and tell them to specifically address what I've mentioned above.

Unfortunately he signed his real signature yes.

If that doesn't kill it should I call CS or email ofm?
