I did it on a 1200 necklace. Claimed I received everything box and jewlery box but inside there was no necklace. 
it got upgraded to ofm amazon dept and wasn't able to get them to budge.

I plan too do chargeback tomorrow via my bank

First and foremost, on what grounds was your claim declined? It may've been for all the wrong reasons, hence It must be established prior to deciding on the appropriate course of action on your end.

I tried prying that out of them all that ofm team would respond with is that UPS claimed it was delivered to me so theyre unable to issue a refund. I wasn't at the house so my roommate signed for the package, CS wanted me to get a PR so I did said everything was there except for the jewlery box contained no necklace. Refund initially was going through but got flagged to ofm, escalated the issue but still got redirected to emailing ofm.
