Chargeback: better boxing return, or empty box? 09-23-2023, 10:43 PM

As per the title: if you want to make a chargeback with a card on Amazon, is it better to return the package weighed to prove that a product has been returned, or does declaring that you have received an empty package also works well? I've already tried the first method and it worked well with Amazon and my card, but I'm now trying SE a 65" TV, so if I could just say I received an empty box (the weight, i know!) it would be more easy instead of sending it back given its size ( I was also thinking of making an unboxing video after having emptied and resealed the box if i need evidence to my side). So, can anyone give me any positive feedback regarding the Empty Box method followed by a chargeback?
