I would like to know what are your experiences with chargebacks after Dna. I’m waiting for a big item and i think i will try to claim the box was empty but full of packaging material and rubbish as i already did multiple times and always went good. If it doesn’t work out i will chargeback with the card.
I was also thinking about Dna but i prefer to not do it because i don’t want the courier to come back (i don’t live alone). Did chargebacks works well with Dna or they just look at the tracking like those bastards of Paypal who always has a way to not refund?

Once I filed a chargeback for around $400 with a DNA excuse. The company refused to refund my DNA and asked me to file a dispute with my bank. On the dispute, I simply said I did not receive it. They did not even contact me for more information and refunded me. I have a very good standing at the bank, though. Not sure if it makes a difference.
