[Challenge] :IPv6 Reverse Zone Calculation 12-06-2016, 08:42 PM

I got bored of waiting for the next challenge and the others were a little too easy so here's the next one. It's been too slow going. The task is to create IPv6 Reverse Zone from an IPv6 address and CIDR.
A few examples:
"2a06:1280:2000::/64" -> "0.0.0.0.0.0.0.2.0.8.2.1.6.0.a.2.ip6.arpa"
"2a06:1280:2000::/1" -> "2.ip6.arpa"
"2001:db8::/29" -> "8.b.d.0.1.0.0.2.ip6.arpa"
"2a06:1280:2000::/128" -> "0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.0.2.0.8.2.1.6.0.a.2.ip6.arpa"
You must be able to calculate CIDR's on nibble and non-nibble boundaries too.

Input and output should be STRING type's.
