Yea its possible.
I sended back an 1 year old RAM Kit because i said it was defected and got all my money back. Then i ordered a better kit for cheaper price.
It was easy via chat.

I done the same for a mouse. Used it for around a year. Told them it was starting to now work properly.
Full refund. Then purchased another model.

Yes, just use the chat option for that, be kind to the representative and they will help you.
