I ordered food from Just Eat yesterday (huge commercial food chain not an independent business, don't worry) and saw on these forums that one way of getting a refund is to say that you're feeling sick after your meal, unfortunately they responded saying that they couldn't deal with this sort of claim and asked me to contact the Food Standards Agency (who do not help get refunds), do you think there is any way of me saving this SE?

I only spent around £15 so it really isn't a big deal if not, it's more of a pride issue than anything !

Tell them you've contacted the said agency and given the food was purchased from Just Eat, they advised to deal with them.
