As i explain before i got re bill after insider refund with my inactive card: "https://sinister.li/Thread-I-got-re-bill-by-amazon-germany"

I recently requested a refund from Amazon for a re bill issue, and I received it today. I'm curious about how Amazon was able to access my bank account information. What's even more peculiar is that I have another card linked to the same bank account on another Amazon account, However, the accounts are not linked to OFM even though both of them have received multiple SE refunds.

Amazon doesn’t “ask” your bank but Mastercard/visa etc. You can always ask your bank to do the same - chargeback. But you need to have some evidences to get it.
