I've been in the JS CMS scene for a while now, and I'm familiar with NPM and Bower and I might pick up Yarn if it becomes more relevant, and of course there's PyPI, CPAN (cringe), and RubyGems, but does anyone else have a preference? Additionally, what do you look for in a Package Manager/CMS; speed, user-friendliness, something else?
