UPDATE
I bought the game from ENEBA. I paid 15.21 euro with PayPal. After buying the game i made a ticket to steam from the secondary account to tell me the exact date when the cd key was activated. After getting their response I edited with inspect element the day and time when the CD Key was activated then i photoshopped it in steam, to give the impression that the picture was taken in Steam, not in chrome. After that I made an Eneba dispute on their site, they told me to give them the photo with steam support from steam application, today they gave me the final response:
"Hello,
Thank you for your patience.
We've just got a reply from your seller and they have confirmed that the key was unused and valid at the time of your purchase. Based on this information, it looks like the code has been activated after delivery. The seller has ways to confirm this directly with the game's producer/publisher, something that we're not able to ignore.
Considering this, the seller won't be able to proceed with the refund of this order. As stated in the seller's Terms and Conditions - they can only refund your purchase on the absolute condition that the key was not used after your purchase."
I was thinking to make a PayPal dispute telling this:
Dear PayPal, the seller has sold me a product which is not functional at all.
I have consulted it with their support, I did everything eneba support required me to do and since then, they stopped responding.
Steam service told me that the key was activated on 2022-08-22 02:51:34 PST but I ordered the key 2022-08-25 PST and I was probably scammed.
Thank you.
I think it will be a little bit difficult, because i paid to ENEBA, what's your opinion? What should I do?
