Telerik is the best one I've come across. DeveloperFusion's converter sucks harder than a vacuum. From what I recall, there was an issue with either lambda's, anonymous methods, or event handlers in the conversion, and of which didn't exist when using Telerik's code converter.

Which one did you find? And are you actually creating a KeyGen? Or just some random serial key generator? There is a big difference.
