Physical/verbal/sexual assault = Crime
Physical/verbal/sexual assault in a school/college = Bullying
So yeah about time people become strict about it.

LOL sage, they were motivated before the Casey Haynes incident.
And yeah its a good thing that they got serious about it, IMO anyway..
Others on HF don't think so. They are saying that kids should 'toughen up', which I doubt they would do if they were in their situation.

Yeah it is to some circumstances, you wouldn't want your son or daughter (if you have them in the future) going to jail if they call another student 'fat' or something. I think this is a good thing but they need to use it correctly.

I like this law. I haven't had a problem with bullying (Got bullied once but I gave him a fake gun and pretended to be his friend while filming him from far away and made it seem like a real gun, so with video evidence he got suspended). Basically, long story short, after he got expelled, bullies left me alone because they saw that if they fuck with me, they're life will be fucked forever with a perm. record of expulsion, so meh.

i Think That should be implemented a long time ago . It won´t stop bullying but it will help to get some of them who act this way to the jail.
