Oh wow. This looks useful. I always wanted to earn money by finding some bugs and reporting them but I got no skill. I think this one is a good starting point.

Have a read of this PDF.

It's a good guide on how to get started, and provides some very good examples.

Call me old school, but I think its useful to learn some web app languages and db stuff before you try to do any bug hunting. Its cool if you know what an xss is, and a bunch of different payloads, but if you can't understand the core app logic its all pretty useless. Not only that, if you submit a bug report and you can't explain the javascript/php/sql/whaterver behind the exploit you're not gonna get paid as well.
