AdBlock is like AV so yeah extra AV plugins would just slow your browser experience.
I only use AdBlock but seen someone saying that uBlock Origin is good so going to try that

I saw your post here, and just Installed NoScript for FF.

I like the very easy to use options menu, whereby you can select the sites to allow & deny scripts from running.
A very useful Add-on Indeed.

uBlock Orgin is incredible. I'd say its the best adblocker out there.

Confirmed. It allows way more customization like enabling like enabling Anti-Adblock script and basic tracking list by disconnect. It's also faster than any adblock out there with a great developer behind it.
