Whats the best website to do broken bottle with (UK). Is it true that sephora don't refund you they just give you a replacement because I was thinkin of doing them

I ordered a $200CAD cologne bottle from Sephora on a new account. When it arrived i told them it was broken, they didnt even request a photo, just instant refund.

good job, but i dont get paying full price for colognes anymore since you can buy tester for 20$ and its the same exact liquid
