Boxing Philips Toothbrush 08-08-2022, 06:28 PM

I’m in the middle of a defective product SE with Phillips on a sonicare toothbrush. I had no access to a SN as I didn’t own the toothbrush so tried to say I had disposed of it due to it catching fire when charging.
They were having none of that so told them that I located it out of my trash and am willing to return.
They have sent me an address to send the product back to and they will reimburse the fee of delivery and send out a new one. They have requested pictures of the toothbrush (SN included) but obviously these can’t be provided. Would you recommend the corrupted file for this part of the SE?
If I was to box them, does anyone have any suggestions how it could be done without the use of dry ice as I have no access to this? I have never tried this method before. Could I place in an item of similar weight and use the tape method according to @
mothered blogs to make it look tampered with?
Thanks in advance

Which one is it? I might have it lol
Honestly it's not worth it, they'd send you a brand new one if you gave them the SN from the start. I say drop this and start over. Do you want a SN to a Philips Toothbrush? I've got some pretty nice models. You might even be able to get 2 if they're still lax -

Generally with our forum, I figured this went without saying. However, recent discussion has led me to believe otherwise. People are encouraged to read and follow our rules, especially those regarding illegal content. You have been warned - @

Lol that would be great if you’re offering Moose!
It was for the sonicare 9900 prestige.
Do you think with a SN they would just offer the replacement there and then if the product had been disposed of? They were definitely not budging with that method, but of course things may be different if I’d have provided a serial number along with some corrupted files.

Is the serial number susceptible to fading through wear and tear?
Or Is It embedded Into the toothbrush?

Dry Ice can be purchased online.
What's the precise weight of the toothbrush?
