I ordered Bose Sleepbuds II directly from Bose, I was hoping to DNA due to the courier being UPS.
However, the driver took the parcel to a UPS access point (convenience store) since I "was not in".

I'm thinking now I'll have to go with EB method. Has anybody had experience using this method with Bose?

UPS marked shipping weight as 0.4kg

I reached out to Bose support over their WhatsApp option at the weekend, it proved difficult to convey the issue to them via text. They kept saying they would raise issue with UPS due to empty parcel. I insisted the parcel was sealed and was not empty, however the Sleepbuds box was.

I ended up phoning their support number, and found this a lot easier. The rep I spoke to was nice, said she’d raise it with the relevant team but issue the refund straight away.
