Can someone please send me a picture of the box empty ? I shipped it to someone as a gift and don’t have the possibility to take the picture myself to send it to the support. It would be really really nice

If you can't get anyone to send you an empty box picture, your best shot I to go onto ebay, Facebook marketplace etc. and ask sellers for an empty box picture. Word it like 'Hey, im considering buying this but I just need a picture of the empty box with the earphones outside the box (just crop the picture then) for proof they're real/not stolen (whatever other good excuse you can think of).

Send the same copy paste messege and send it to at least 10 people and one of them hopefully complies.
