My Bose earbuds came today, and got a refund of £210. Literally went onto whatsapp chat and told the agent I received an empty box, and he gave me a refund in 10 minutes. No investigation, NOTHING. He asked for pictures of the brown box and the Bose box, but that was it. He offered a replacement or refund, and I went with refund. Boom!
