I've been hitting multiple refunds on the same account for boots however my account has not been locked off is this normal or should I be more careful

The last one I had done was perfume and claimed it broken the previous one I have done were peb and I will be doing another peb when the items arrive and I'm just surprised this account has not been locked however after this order I'm gonna make a new account

Can you let us know more about the PEB with them? What kind of values, weights etc?

Can you let us know more about the PEB with them? What kind of values, weights etc?
