Australia Post tends to lose shipments, even via tracking.

Upon providing the tracking number, they're still not able to locate It. The point Is, their operations are not well-managed, hence works to every SE'ers advantage.

That's the shipping (gross) weight, and not the Item weight - which Is what you'll work with when using the EB/missing Item method.

A driver's word holds no value when verifying receipt of goods.

Contact them the following day saying you're still waiting for the package to arrive.

Thanks mothered, can confirm that it succeeded. Thanks isaacnnn for bringing it up.

Would not hesitate to recommend other users to try, was a rather straight forward and simple SE that took less than 15 minutes.
It seems that there is some unwritten policy that claiming non receipt of goods is instantly accepted.

Less than 200. Can't confirm anything above $1xx would work but as isaacnnn(original poster) said,
you can get a lot with a small amount on this particular website, especially compared to some more expensive clothing companies.

No doubt It'll be abused, so let's take advantage of It while they're still vulnerable.
