Do you prefer to ride a board (pennyboard, nickelboard, skateboard, cruiserboard, longboard, surfboard, snowboard, etc) or a bike? bike as in bicycle not motorcycle. Its a hard choice for me, i enjoy longboarding a LOT but you can go more places on a bike... but im going to say board for me.

What about you? and why?

I've been skating almost as long as walking, and I don't even own a bike. That said, I've broken both my arms on Penny Boards (on separate occasions), so more specifically, I like regular skateboards and longboards (not that I haven't fucked myself up on those, but they're actually rideable, plus sliding is fun as hell).

I like BMX more than skating, although I still love me some skating.

I don't know, I've just always loved the ride better on bike.

im learning to slide, my board isnt the best for it but i kinda can on a friends dropthrough. i have a kicktail

I have my brother's old Loaded Dervish (the original), my newish Expedition One setup, some frankenstein mess I put together with old parts, and a half-decomposed Penny with no wheels

I've been skating forever, got 6 boards and I absolutely love it, but since I live in the country if I want a manually-powered thing to get around while a longboard works it's a bit slow and not good on hills. Bikes on the other hand aren't as much fun but they sure work a lot better for me and I can get from place to place with a lot less hassle. So yeah, I like skateboards a bit more as they're more fun, but bikes are just more practical - I have to give my vote to bikes.

If I were to attempt riding any type of board, I'd probably be either dead or seriously Injured.

To this day, I'm still a bike rider and have been very frequently for most part of my life.

Oh nice, I've stick with Grizzly & Girl for a long time.
