I did pursue the SE and I am stuck. I have claimed DNA with Evans Cycles but they are saying that it has been delivered to me .

It wasn't delivered to "you", but rather to your "address" - there's a big difference between the two.

Be sure to remain adamant that you did not personally receive It.

Having completed a thorough investigation with the courier, they have advised that the delivery was compliant and your claim has been rejected.

Our findings revealed that the bike was delivered on the 27/01/23 to **** The delivery photo provided also shows this was left with the resident at an open door.

With this information, I am confident that the order was delivered compliantly and therefore cannot accept your claim.


Now please help what should I write in their email where they have said that they will escalate to senior manager. Because these people are Sports Direct and they don’t respond. I have to chase them . Please help me with the exact wording . Thanks .
