Not seeing many threads about bestsecret and aboutyou. are they like a complete no go for SE? Has anyone hit them yet and with what method? I assume they monitor what they put in the packages?

I have tried both using PEB but they stated order was sent completely. They wanted me to complain with the inpost carrier. I sent the clothes back.
