My roommate signed for my $500+ bestbuy order that I was planning on refunding. I talked to live chat and they said it will take 10 business days and they will contact fedex to start an investigation. What are the chances the refund goes through? Will I still be able to refund normally (send the product back) to get my money back? I don't wanna pay for the item.
