Just got a big package delivered from BestBuy. The shipping company is called Shipt. Has anyone had any success or heard about them? Not sure if it is okay to proceed since I have only dealt with UPS.

Additional Information:
The driver knocked and rang the doorbell once. I saw him take a pic of the front door with the package delivered. However, the way my apartment complex are setup is each door has a number from 1-4 and the actual identifying address in front of the building. So I have that going for me I guess. Will proceed tomorrow by calling a customer service rep and update this thread.

So should I just return the product and try another store? I’ve DNA’d bestbuy a couple years ago but did not know they changed their terms

So I ended up getting a replacement sent to a store nearby for pickup today. The conversation went smoothly, the customer service representative checked the order and told me that Shipt did not send them any confirmation that the package was delivered. I could've pushed harder for a refund but figured a replacement was the best option.

My question is will I be able to return that replacement at the store the following day?
