Hey all,

I'm currently SEing BestBuy for a laptop worth $1050 after tax. I claimed a DNA already and they said they will open a carrier investigation and update me on the process once the results come in. Today, I got an email from Canada Post asking me to verify information about the non-delivery.  It says:

We are conducting an investigation into this shipment as the sender has contacted Canada Post to advise us that the item has not been received by you. Your response via reply to this email is required to verify whether or not you have received the item in question.

Please consider the following:

Have you checked your Community Mailbox or received the key for the larger parcel compartment?
If delivery is to an apartment, condominium or a business, have you checked with the concierge, security, property management, mailroom or receiving department?
Did you receive a Delivery Notice advising you that your item is available for pick up at your local post office?

After checking these locations, please let us know if your item has been delivered or made available to you for pick up at a postal outlet.

If you respond 'NO':

Provide your full mailing address so we may verify that the sender mailed the item to the correct address.
Provide any other information you feel will assist our investigation.

Upon completion of this investigation, the final results will be communicated to the sender only. If the item arrives after you responded, please let us know by replying to this email so we may stop the investigation and notify the sender.

Sorry if I am being paranoid, but are these questions safe to answer, and is there a specific answer I can give that can help my case? This SE is the highest value I've ever done. Thanks for any advice.
