Took a month though so dna wouldve had the same effect in this case though it was partially at fault of the reps as they ignored my request until i contacted their support email directly (which i will do from now on when attempting a se from them to insure my case is being reviewed)

The main thing Is It succeeded.

The waiting time was certainly well worth It.
