If i want to SE multiple times with amazon , at the third time or fourth time , they will spot that its the same adress that they ship at and that he's always asking for a refund so i'm wondering if they blacklist or not adress ( home adress)

If you SE In close timing using the same address, Amazon will pickup the same pattern of behaviour and possibly OFM the account and/or flag your address.
