Best ways to SE Apple for an iPhone?

Hey everyone,

I'm pretty new to SE and would like to SE an iPhone 12, directly from Apple. I ordered today and it will be shipped by me via DHL Express, so I probably have to (fake) sign it. It is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. What would be the best way to SE right now? I heard about an one-time-exception, is this still available? How should I proceed and what kind of SE should I do (for example DNA or EB) ? Do you have some tips for me? As I looked, the Phone itself has an weight of about 164 g.
Also sorry for these noob questions, I'm new and I want to learn. :)

It's a little too heavy for the EB/missing Item method.

Alternatively, the wrong Item received and the sealed box method are well-suited.

Yes.

You're claiming to have received a wrong Item (Instead of the phone), so In the event they cross-check the weight with the carrier's records, there cannot be a significant variance. As such, the weights must be as close as possible.

Hey everyone, I got a update:

I chose the DNA method, called them and they started an Investigation. After 10 days my claim was processed and they sent me my money back. But, after about 3 days after starting the investigation, the DHL Express - deliverman showed up and showed me where the Package was left at (my doorstep) and I told him that I did not recieve it and someone may have stolen it. After that nothing happened until the refund. But Today, about 3-4 days later, I got called by the Apple Shipment Investigation Team and they told me that DHL said, that the deliverman left it at my door. I said that this was not the case and the representative just said „alright, thank you for the information, have a good day“ and hung up. Do I have to fear for something now? Did they open another investigation or something?

I had the same scenario with DHL with some AirPods I ordered from a company.

Driver came and knocked on my door today, he didn’t recognise me because I was wearing different clothes and the handoff for the parcel was so quick.

I just said I have no idea what he’s talking about and he bought it. Waiting for further developments.
