You don't think it'll come back to you? I did some research and eBay has systems that give Law Enforcement real time access to obtain records and stuff. If you look at your reports on eBay it shows everything you've sold.

I don’t think there is anything suspicious about selling on eBay. For law enforcement to be looking through your eBay you would have to SE a ridiculous amount.

If you sell an item with an IMEI number and it gets blacklisted, the buyer will most likely come looking for the seller. Handle it quickly (refund, apologize) and they have no reason to involve ebay or LE.

The more realistic problem is taxes. If you're selling a lot under your own name, you'll have to answer to the taxman. This may lead to questions about the source of your inventory.

Imo keep sales under tax limits and then switch stealth accounts.

All the SE-related "busts" I've seen have been in the high tens of thousands at least.
