EB worked a treat for me.

Received it, claimed EB and after a week of 'investigation' and a couple of emails back and forth, refund offered.

Only problem, they ask for the empty box back. Not a big deal if you just plan of using the headset for personal use etc, but a pain in the ass if you plan on selling it.

What country was this . For me they just refunded me ,they never asked for the box back.
