Which RAT and Crypter will work perfectly together? I've bought crypters and used rats together but they just won't work.

maybe the rat is outdated.
My IT skills that I know perfect is SQL, HTML ,css ,wordpress, PHP.
coding skills that I know is Java, JavaScript and C#
