Best method for DPD returns? 07-18-2022, 04:31 PM #1
Hi all, I ordered a Ninja multi-cooker direct from their UK website and it came delivered by DPD who obviously have proof of delivery. Now to return it they've provided me with a DPD pre-paid label for me to drop off at a shop. What would be the best method of returning this, do you think?

If you aren’t in the photo u can claim that the door is open due to heat but you did not personally receive the parcel. Worked for me haha

Kind of, but I'm also partially in the photo. I really don't think a DNA is going to work for this, so looking for other suggestions.

It can still be DNA'd, but ultimately It's your call.

In terms of another method, you can use the disposed of the faulty Item.
