Looking for some websites to DNA/WIR a 2.3k macbook pro. I have aged amazon and best buy accounts but they require signatures/OTP because of the large amount. Not afraid to do a PR or a chargeback.

If I was you I would try Amazon. I have had amazon drivers leave the package without a signature or OTP even if its required.
Alternatively you can try meb even with the OTP.

Manufacturer Empty Box, so in your case you'd receive the retail packaging of the Macbook in your package, but there isn't anything in the Macbook box.
EB (Empty Box) would mean there would be nothing (aside from maybe packing paper/bubblewraps or whatever) in the package.

DNA on Amazon would be a viable option if the drivers leave packages unattended in your neighbourhood. I'd still like to note though, considering you said that you're new, that nothing guarantees a success rate of 100%. DNA might work, it might not, same goes for literally anything you can find.

Claimed DNA? You didn't receive it, end of story. Act like you genuinely didn't receive the item.
They don't want to refund you? Cool, I'm going to start pushing you, I want my money back.
They want a police report? Fine, I didn't do anything wrong anyway.
Still not budging? Y'all are getting hit with a chargeback.
