I also thought abt ordering the same laptop on target instead on Amazon and then using the ftid method to refund it. I have read that as soon as they see that the label is scanned for the first time they process refund.

If you are talking about PP then it is upon confirmation of delivery that they issue the refund as far as I know.

No not paypal i was talking abt how target themselves will start processing a refund as soon as it is shipped. At least that what i have read.
