Maybe ask to see the proof you can keep pushing this as far as you want. Think if you really ordered this and received the wrong item could you simply stop trying after they said they did nothing wrong. This is very likely a technique for them to weed out people doing what you are doing. Don't take no for an answer. Call them

I agree. Might as well take it as far as you can because not replying is an admission of guilt. Try to adopt the perspective of which you are making a legit claim. I know if I had wanted this item legit and I gotten a wrong item , I'd pursue this to hell and back to ensure that they satisfy my every request for proof. The burden is on them to provide the proof they claim to have.
