They did this to my friend. They told him he’s getting  a refund then 2 weeks later emailed him again saying their investigation concluded and they said they couldn’t issue a refund. Never trust a word they say

worst case its an easy chargeback. Just would rather it be guarenteed by them

What would you say when charging back? I tried with Samsung and failed.

BB is known for promising refunds and not going through with them. Happened to me on my Macbook and had to file chargeback.

this happened to me too, both time took over 2 week to get the refund

The evidence is very much in my favour. Chargeback is also a nudge to them to refund it normally

It's only been 5 (business) days, which Is standard practice thus far.

they sent me an email saying the case is closed and no refund will be given. Charging back now they take the fucking piss

No idea. After ‘investigation’ they have no grounds. Chargeback initiated. Usually they get a kick up the ass and ive already been credited now
