So I ordered an iphone from best buy with a 2 year aged acc and had a few purchases. The package came was signed by the delivery driver. I hoped on chat and was told I would receive a refund or replacement. I opted the refund and then the next day I receive an email stating that the package was signed by me and they spelled my name completely and I need to contact law enforcement. I hop on chat and told them that I didnt sign and that they spelled my name completely wrong so its not even possible I could've signed. What should my next move be? Continue to pester and demand a refund but I feel they will just keep telling me to file a PR. Or contact my bank and ask for a chargeback and show them the messaged saying they would issue my refund back to me.
