I just made an order through best buy for some airpod pros they delivered today to my institute and were signed by the package reciever. Should I claim DNA or EB? which method would be more suitable.

In my opinion EB has a bigger chance of success since the package was signed and if they do any investigation with the guy who signed he'll point out he received the package and gave it to you

Okay Ill just claim an EB then just tell them that when I opened the box it was empty and there wasnt any airpods inside.
