Why do you have all of those cls lines of code between the taskkill and rmdir commands though? It doesn't really do anything if you're >nul'ing the output anyways just to point that out. Look into batch redirection if you're having issues with any other messages written to the console.
Nice menu's though.
Like I said this was one of my first batch files but I will implement what you said in here now !
