I just finished learning PHP almost completely. I plan on learning JavaScript and jQuery soon.

This is VERY basic, also methods you have used are different to the way I do things ; P; I never used Paragraphs or Headers when designing, I suppose for the purpose of this tutorial it is fine. However you forgot to mention the <head> tag as well as the <title> tag!
