First, let's look at your color scheme. Firstly, I want to applaud you for making the background not just flat white, or flat black, this makes the colors a lot less damaging, meaning, they don't stand out too much from the main art. Secondly, the orange color that you chose, although very distinct and powerful, is not a primary color, meaning it has less of an attention grabbing look to it. Luckily, white and basically any color contrasts, so the creme and orange are a good combination. What I don't understand is having 90% of the text white, then having the random black text at the top, I suggest either changing the background to black, and making the text white, or to change the text to orange, so you aren't outside your range. Also, I just noticed, there is a little gray strip? almost like a drop shadow on the orange rectangle? that is very out of place, especially in the color scheme.
Secondly, lets look at font choice. The fonts are all slender and easy to read, a good start. Also, they are not blocky or sharp, making it "easier" on the viewers. One thing to note, when you bold a certain section, be sure to size it down a little to match the others, as you don't want uneven lettering, even if it's bold. That effect is only under the line logo thing. Other than this, the font choice is consistent, and easy to like.
Third, effects. This is where you are lacking extremely, but it seems that was the intention, so I will keep this to a minimum, you tried to highlight / bold certain parts, for emphasis, it worked well. Also, the underline for the huge text, it needs to extend at least to the full text. Otherwise, it looks really weird.
Lastly, Position, I don't have much to say here, other than lining things up with guidelines, makes things smoother to read, like if you put "where things happen" and "official clan channel" on the same guideline, the readers eye would naturally glide across, these are ever so slight changes though. Also, the three icons aren't spaced evenly, nor are they at intervals across the length.
Overall for a simplistic design I'd say 6/10.
Keep trying man. I suggest adding more detail though, but that's just personal preference.
