Hi, I ordered a hoodie from balenciaga, its coming tomorrow. Im guessing the wieght would be around 800g. The delivery company is DHL and they sent a message saying they will be asking for signature upon delivery. I read a thread on here someone had success with balenciaga, it did take a long time to get the refund but it did work. I think DNA is the wisest move here, I think overall it should work, my only hinderance is that there are cameras in my block of flats that can be used as proof of delivery but in that case ill just claim there was a mix up and my dad had collected it and hadnt told me etc.

Just wanted to ask if anyone has any advice or experience with Balenciaga or with DHL disputes. I couldnt find anything about DHL on this forum. thank you

Balenciaga took me 4 months and that was with a scan. Be prepared for a lengthy and thorough investigation.

They will use DHL GPS and photo proof as evidence against DNA. More than likely UPS driver will turn up at your property, so if you live with parents you'll have to tell them not to answer the door too. You won't be able to return legit either as they only offer 14 day returns so make sure it's something you are happy to spend the money on if it fails. I know of multiple people stuck with a couple k in orders that they had to sell on at big losses after failing Balenciaga.

Try the DNA approach instead than the FTID method when working with Balenciaga.

Unfortunatley I am not going to try to SE, Im going to return the product. I know its possible to do DNA but I live at home with parents and I dont want to go through the hassle of the whole process, especially a delivery officer coming to my house. I wouldn't have a way to ensure that im the one that opens the door and talks to him, and its guaranteed my parents would intervene into the situation etc. Also the item that I ordered is too small for me, so Id have to resell it even if the SE was succesful, but right now there is no profit in reselling it. Im going to try again with balenciaga in the future. Lastly my dad ended up signing the package as the order came when I was at college so that probably would've made things difficult. If you're not comfortable with pursuing the SE, It's best to disregard It.
