Hey there
I refunded BOOHOOMAN once for over 200+€
Just DNA'd them.
Everything was communicated with their whatsapp support.
I didnt had to Fill in a police report but they asked me if I would Do it and I told them yes and filled an "affidavid"? (idk how its written correctly.)
After that they just refunded me the money.

P.S.: Im from Germany and Not UK where BOOHOOMAN is located.
