I know that mothred won't support this, but i've seen vouches with this method on Backmarket. What are your reasons to prefer EB?
It’s fine but My friend just recommended it to be because it worked for someone he knows so i just tried it aswell. Don’t really know how to do FTID mostly as in the photoshopping aspect of it

What is the status of the chargeback, did the bank grant you the refund instantly or did they have to conclude their own investigation ?
